Vacancy: Customer Service and Catering Manager (Full Time)

Galeri are seeking a mature, energetic, organised and devoted individual who has a strong interest to lead and manage the Customer Service Team thus ensuring excellent service to the organisations’ customers.
You will be joining the Team at an exciting time to launch new and varies menus in one of Wales’ biggest Arts Centres and to support further Catering and Customer Service offerings in preparation of the cinemas opening in 2018.
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh is essential for this post.
Hours: 40 hours a week (as per ROTA: Monday – Sunday to include unsociable hours – weekends and bank holidays)
